Delicious Veg Cheese Sandwich !!

Its a delicious and simple veg sandwich which can be served in breakfast or in evening snacks.
Its a kind of healthy recipe for those kids who dont like to eat veggies in a regular taste.

Ingredients : –

  • Bread Slices – 8 (any – white or brown)
  • Onion – 2 (chopped)
  • Tomato – 2 (chopped)
  • Cocumber – 1 (chopped)
  • Capcicum – 2 (chopped)
  • Carrot – 2 (chopped)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee or Butter
  • Cheese – 4 slices

Recipe : –

  1. Take a bowl and put all the chopped vegetables in it.  Add black pepper and salt and mix it with a help of spoon.
  2. Now take a bread and spread the batter which you prepared. Sprinkle chat masala on that and now place a slice of cheese on the same. Put another slice of bread.
  3. Now we have to grill the sandwich.
  4. Place a pan or tava on the gas stove and put butter outer side of  sandwich (you can also use ghee), put it on heat pan or tava and let it get golden brown after that flip the sandwich to get it grilled with another side.
  5. Now sandwhich is ready. Serve the hot sandwich with tomato sauce or green chutney.

Note : If cheese is not available then this can be made without it too.
