
Hari Mirch ka Achaar – Green Chilli Pickle
.Hari Mirch ka Achaar is a very spicy and yummy achaar which is easy to make recipe.
Ingredients :
- Green Chilli – 100 gms
- Heeng – 1/4 tsp
- Jeera / Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Haldi Powder / Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Saunf / Fennel Seeds – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp or according to taste

Recipe :
- Wash the green chilies thoroughly and wipe them with a cloth then cut it into silices or as you wish.
- Now place a pan on the gas and add oil to it. And when it gets hot, add heeng and jeera.
- When the cumin seeds turn brown add chopped chilies and then add turmeric, sauf and salt to it and mix well.
- Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then turn off the gas.
Green Chiili Pickle is ready. you can serve it with any meal to enhance the taste of the meal.
