Hari Mirch ka Achaar – Green Chilli Pickle

.Hari Mirch ka Achaar is a very spicy and yummy achaar which is easy to make recipe.

 Ingredients :

  • Green Chilli – 100 gms
  • Heeng – 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera / Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi Powder / Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Saunf / Fennel Seeds – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp or according to taste

 

Recipe :

  1. Wash the green chilies thoroughly and wipe them  with a cloth then cut it into silices or as you wish.
  2. Now place a pan on the gas and add oil to it. And when it gets hot, add heeng and jeera.
  3. When the cumin seeds turn brown add chopped chilies and then add turmeric, sauf and salt to it and mix well.
  4. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then turn off the gas. 

 Green Chiili Pickle is ready. you can serve it with any meal to enhance the taste of the meal.
