Yummy Milk Peda 

Milk peda is an Indian sweet.This is very easy to make, instant milk peda with milk powder. Get some milk powder and try this milk peda recipe on any occasion or festival.It can also be added in VRAT (fast) AHAAR.

Ingredients : –

  • Milk Powder – 200 gms
  • Milk – One Cup
  • Sugar – 100gms
  • Cardamum Poder – 1 tsp
  • Desi Ghee – 4 tsp

Recipe : –

  1. Take a pan and put it on gas then put milk and sugar in it. Keep stiring it to make a even syrup (chashni) maximum for 5-10mins.
  2. Now add milk powder in sugar syrup and mix it very well.
  3. Cook it for a while, add 2 tsp of ghee in the mixutre. Again mix it finely.
  4. Continue to cook until it reaches a soft, dough-light consistency.
  5. Add cardamum powder in the mixture.
  6. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes. 
  7. Now the mixture will become silky soft, add the remain ghee and your dough is ready to make pedas.
  8. Turn off the flame and Let it cool down so that the Pedas can be made easily.
  9. Now roll into small balls of any desired size and flatten lightly with your palm.
  10. Now keep the Peda at room temperature for about half an hour. Afer that you can keep it in a airtight container.
